Be present. Be in the here and now. It only happens once.
This isn't permission to be rude or impolite; nor is it an excuse to not look to the future because that, too, is part of living in the present.
Just do not let the future or past dictate the current moment you are experiencing. They all need to be integrated into one, but not at the expense of the present.
Live a life that makes it so.
